Ensure that maintenance of the home is kept to an appropriate standard in order that the home may be used for vacation rentals without any risk or liability to any parties.

To check the security of the property on a regular basis.

Cleaning To check the property after each occupancy and advise on any unusual wear or damage immediately. Provide full cleaning service after each guest has vacated the property (charged accordingly). Lawn Our lawn service will include: weekly Cutting, Edging, Trimming & Weeding. Hedging, Tree Trimming & Pruning, Chemical applications for pests & weeds monthly can be arranged at an extra cost. Pool To comply with state laws, your pool will be carefully monitored by our fully Licensed and insured Technician on a weekly basis to include: Weekly vacuum PH balance check Chlorine balance check Filter check & Clean Water level check Deck & Furniture wash down

Pest Control

To arrange and oversee a professional licensed and insured contractor to carry out regular treatment and inspection of your home if required.(Reccomended)

Maintenance

Effect all repairs and maintenance required in a prompt and efficient manner.
To employ the correct licensed and insured contractors for specialist repairs.
Provide 6 monthly home inspection reports listing all repairs and estimates to keep your investment in top rental condition.
