We are an ordinary couple from Hampshire
England who have decided to set up a property management company.
We have relocated to the Kissimmee area to be in the fore front
of our new business. As Vacation homeowners ourselves we have
learned a lot of what is required of a management company to ease
the pressure of distance between you and your investment.

you and your guests. We pride ourselves in having the smartest
looking vacation homes. For guests new and old to feel like they
are at home away from home, and hopefully want to return too,
over again and recommend to there friends and families.
We are based both sides of the Atlantic with an Office in the
Kissimmee area and an office in Hampshire England. This will provide
you with the best fast and efficient customer service.
We directly employ fully licensed and insured pool and lawn care
services and personally vetted housekeeping service. The general
maintenance and home inspections will be carried out by the company
president whom has been an engineer to the highest of standards
for more than twenty years working both in marine and the building
industry in the UK. With this type of hands on approach we hope
that we have the ability to keep guests coming back to your home.
